As the United Methodist General Conference 2012 approaches (April 25 - May 4, 2012, Tampa Convention Center, Florida), you may keep up with Reconciling activities and opportunities via this web site: Common Witness

The site includes options to volunteer in Tampa and to donate to support this work.

Reconciling Ministries partners with Affirmation and the Methodist Federation for Social Action in a coalition called Common Witness to effectively work for full inclusion of all God's children. Several Reconcilers from Oregon-Idaho will be in Tampa as Common Witness volunteers -- witnessing outside, observing the committees, and being part of the audience for General Conference.

Legislation that General Conference delegates will be considering is included in the following files. These are chapters from the official United Methodist Advanced Daily Christian Advocate (DCA). The Delegate Handbook with general information about the Conference is also included below.
